Tax Preparation
Do you need Federal Income Tax, Business Tax, Sales Tax, Employee Tax, Estate Tax or State Tax return(s) prepared and e-filed? Individual Tax preparation starts at only $99 (this is a simple return w/one W2 and does not include any other schedules, forms or e-file fees, etc.) and goes up depending upon, how much accounting and/or bookkeeping and/or records search and investigation performed, amount of time spent (probably best NOT to bring that lovely plastic bag of receipts if you don’t want to pay us to sort through them for you), which forms and schedules we have completed and whether you’re a Shyrell’s Accounting & Tax Club Member in good standing.
Business Tax returns start at $595 (this includes Sole Proprietor LLCs) and go up from there depending upon the property, assets and partners you have. Business Tax returns require a deposit up front prior to any work being started along with access to your accounting software.

Are you ready to start your own business? Whether you’re starting an LLC, Partnership, Corporation or nonprofit we can get your business structured, organized and set-up the proper way with your EIN, Sunbiz registration, accounting software and business bank account with interest bearing account with business debit card. This service starts at $495 and goes up depending what type of business and structure you’re starting.
